It could be both!

Our pricing is per project. However, you can link one project to another that has an active Pro subscription, allowing them to share the event limit. This means you can have a single subscription for all your projects.

Some cases for both methods:
  • If you have multiple websites and want to share the event limit between them, you can link them under a single Pro subscription.
  • If you're an agency setting up Seline for your clients, you can set up different projects with different payment methods and subscriptions.
  • If you represent a company with several websites that have separate accounting, you can set up multiple projects, each with its own subscription.

It's the duration we keep your data on our servers. You won't be able to see the data older than the retention period, which is 1 year for a free plan and unlimited for a pro plan.
However, we don't delete the data right away when the time comes; instead, we wait for 2 more months, giving you enough time to upgrade.

We start asking for an upgrade if you exceed your limit for two consecutive months, or if you go 5 times over your limit.
If you reach your monthly limit for the first time, we'll notify you but won't take any action. We understand that traffic spikes can happen. We prefer to base our counting on your regular monthly activity.

Yes. If you are under 3000 monthly events Seline won't cost you anything. No credit card data required during the sign up process. We don't stop gathering data if you exceed the limit and provide you with enough time to upgrade if needed.

Yes. Seline is legally based and hosted in EU and complies with the GDPR rules. No cookies.
